If you visit and make purchases at AirSoftForAll.com which is operated by Panik Multimedia, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions as well when you use the Site or make a purchase. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use, do not use any portion of the Site. AirSoftFortAll reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to comply with such revisions, so please visit this page from time to time. 

1.Nonexclusive License 
We grant you a nonexclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and display the Site and the content provided herein for personal use, provided that you comply fully with these Terms and Conditions of Use. No portion of the Site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of AirSoftForAll. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing AirSoftForAll's name, logo or trademarks without the express written consent of AirSoftForAll. Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted by AirSoftForAll. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of AirSplat.com so long as the link does not portray AirSoftForAll, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any AirSoftForAll logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without the express written permission of AirSoftForAll. 

2.Prohibited Uses 
Unauthorized use or modification of any information stored on the Site may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution under Federal law. You may not use the Site for anything other than a lawful and legitimate purpose.

3. Usage and Monitoring
AirSoftForAll does sell products for children. If you are under 18, you may visit the Site only with involvement of a parent or guardian. AirSoftForAll reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion. While AirSoftForAll has no obligation to monitor the Site and is not responsible for the content of any messages, information or files transmitted on the Site, AirSoftForAll reserves the right to delete and take other appropriate action with respect to such messages, information or files with which AirSoftForAll, in its sole discretion, deems objectionable or otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions. AirSoftForAll further reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to deny access to the Site to anyone at any time. AirSoftForAll respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your material has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement, please notify us immediately.

Your use of the Site constitutes your consent to AirSoftForAll’s privacy policy posted on the Site which is updated from time to time.

All content included on this site, including but not limited to drawings, text, graphics, photographs, logos, and software, and all derivative rights thereof is the property of AirSoftForAll. AirSoftForAll reserves the right to terminate any link at any time. 

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Please be advised - we process and ship most orders within hours of receipt, so if your order has already been boxed / shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. 

Return Policy

• RETURN:  All products come with a 30 day warranty to cover manufacturer defects.  Contact contact@airsoftforall.com via e-mail immediately upon discovery of defect.  Include your order number and detailed description of issues.  Support will work to first trouble shoot the problem to eliminate user error.  Once defect is determined, return instructions will be communicated. For your protection, we recommend that you ship your item using a reliable, traceable carrier. AirSoftforall is not responsible for lost packages. NO EXCEPTIONS!  Please maintain all shipping receipts until your return is complete. If an item breaks or malfunctions under normal use you may request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) within 30 days of delivery and return the item with given RMA# for repair or replacement. Once a gun has been fired it is considered used and is NOT eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs

Customer assumes all costs in shipping to the return postal address provided by AirSoftForAll. AirSoftForAll is not liable for any type of return shipping.

Manufacturer warranties may require the item be shipped to companies based in a different country within Europe. In some cases, it may actually be less expensive to buy a brand new item and replace the one you have.

Warranty Information -

• All items, unless specifically stated, are sold with a 30 day warranty covering manufacturer defects. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
• The warranty is covered strictly by the manufacturer. AirsoftForAll assumes no responsibility for repair, replacement or otherwise. Please follow the correct return process that AirsoftForAll will communicate you after you contacted us explaining your issue. Some manufacturer warranties require the item(s) to be sent directly to the manufacturer.  

AirsoftForAll makes no claims as to the acceptance of the warranty or any repair / replacement by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer deems the item to be void of warranty, then the customer is still responsible for ALL shipping charges to and from AirsoftForAll, as well as to and from the manufacturer. 

• Batteries and Chargers that are included in the box with airsoft guns are not covered under any warranty by AirsoftForAll.
• Warranty does not cover misuse or abuse! If we receive an item that has been misused or abused, we will discard or return it. Warranty also does not cover items without the original box. Items which do not have the original box will be discarded immediately!
• Due to the nature of the products listed on our website ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please refer to the warranty chart for defective items.
• Returns are not available unless AirsoftForAll has pre-authorized the return under extreme circumstances.
• All dead on arrival (DOA) warranty claims must be made within 48 hours of the receipt of package.
• All items returned to AirsoftForAll must first receive authorization from AirsoftForAll. Please e-mail contact@airsoftforall.com for return requests. Please do not ship back anything without prior authorization from AirsoftForAll.
• Any item(s) sent back without prior authorization will not be processed.
• Following the return of an item, if our technical examination shows that an item hasn't been used in a proper way or has been used with wrong BBS or has not been identified with any manufacturer defects or has been previously disassembled, AIRSOFT FOR ALL will not be able to offer a warranty and reserve the right to apply a charge to the customer for shipping the item back to its postal address registered in its original order.
  The actual charge applied will be communicated to the customer before sending him back the item.

Warranty does not cover:

• Disassembly by unauthorized personnel
• Unreasonable use or mishandling, introduction of foreign matter to inner or outer components.
• Failure to provide proper care, lubricants, or maintenance.
• Lack of compliance with instructions from the owner’s manual.
• Merchandise soaked in water, rusted, corroded, painted, or altered.
• Usage of low quality or low grade BB's or reuse of BB's.
• AirSoftforAll.com reserves the right to determine what constitutes as unreasonable or excessive wear and tear or use.
• Clothing, bags that has been worn or laundered cannot be returned or exchanged.
